GWBI cruise to victory in their ninth consecutive win
As we crept toward the climax of The Independent Reviews Foundation Global Workplace Awards the atmosphere was simply electric as special guest Canoe Reef took to the stage to reveal the winner of Best Workplace (in the world).
With eight wins in the rear view it was ultimately no surprise that Bernie ‘Bernard’ Peasel was already striding toward the stage before Canoe had even opened the envelope.
GWBI has made some bold choices in corporate workplace strategy over the last year. The full implementation of FunMail, which forms part of their Funnify Programme enabling employees to have more fun at work.
The judges also noted that their global deployment of ViBud (GWBI’s Advanced AI Tailored Virtual Buddy System) has made a huge difference to staff morale and productivity.
